Life in Residential Living
A Place to call home
Our homes are more than just places to live. They are safe, supportive environments where individuals are encouraged to live life their way, with the right support in place.
What I love about my home
"Living in residential means I have support when I need it, but also I have independence and the chance to do the things I enjoy, but with the right support."
In the community
Being part of the community is more than just going out, it’s about feeling included, valued, and connected. We work alongside each person to understand what they enjoy, what they’d like to try, and how we can support them to take part safely and confidently.
Meet our team
Our residential living service employs 45 staff who work across five apartments supporting people to live independent lives.
Our surveys
In our most recent survey for the people we support, 94% told us they feel safe and supported in their home. One person said, ‘The staff really listen to me. I feel more confident now and do more on my own.’
We use this feedback to keep improving what we do.
Feedback From Families
We regularly gather feedback from the people we support, their families, and carers to ensure our supported living services meet their needs and continue to improve.
This feedback is collected through surveys, one-to-one conversations, and regular check-ins. By listening closely to their experiences, concerns, and suggestions, we gain valuable insights that help us personalise support for each individual.
This ongoing process ensures our supported living services remain person-centred, responsive, and of the highest quality, fostering stronger relationships and promoting wellbeing and independence.
