How We Support You
We understand that everyone is different, our support is tailored around each person’s needs, abilities and interests.

We work closely with each person to co-create a support plan that reflects their goals, interests and ambitions – whether that’s learning to cook, building friendships or taking steps toward work.

Our Day Opportunities service is based in Thorne, Doncaster.
These are a few examples of the kinds of activities we offer:
Developing Life Skills
Cooking, preparation, healthy eating, socialising, using public transport, being out in the community and using money.
Sensory Workshops
Use of our Sensory rooms, exploring senses, holistic therapies, relaxation, yoga, tai chi and sensory sessions with a holistic therapist.
Horticulture
Learning about the safe use of tools, planting and harvesting.
Woodwork
Using specialist machinery equipment in our workshp to restore and craft furniture items.
Health and Wellbeing
Sessions in the specialist Autism Plus gym with qualified fitness instructors, swimming, local discovery walks, cycling, outdoor sports, nutritional educational and basic human biology.
Creative Activities
Singing, Drama and music sessions.
