Our support team

Our dedicated team of around 40 full and part time support workers is at the heart of our residential service. Each member of the team brings their own skills, experience, and personality, creating a warm and inclusive environment where everyone is valued.

We match support workers carefully with individuals based on shared interests, routines, and communication styles. This helps build trusting relationships and ensures consistent, person centred support.

Our team is trained to understand and respond to a wide range of needs. They work closely with each individual to encourage independence, build confidence, and support meaningful day-to-day experiences, whether that’s getting involved in the community, managing health appointments, or enjoying hobbies and routines.

Together, our support workers make a big difference, creating homes where people feel safe, respected, and in control of their live

PBS Team

Our PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) team works alongside our residential service to provide specialist input that helps individuals live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Using a person centred approach, the PBS team focuses on understanding the reasons behind behaviour and identifying ways to reduce distress. They work closely with individuals, families, and support staff to create personalised plans that promote choice, independence, and wellbeing.

The team includes professionals trained in behaviour analysis, mental health, and autism support. Their aim is always to build on strengths, support communication, and help individuals achieve their goals in safe, supportive environments.

By working together, we create consistency and understanding across our service, leading to positive outcomes and improved quality of life.
