Your pre-loved items can make a big difference to the people we support. We're always greatful for good quality clothing, shoes, bags, books, toys and household goods. By donating to our shop in Thorne, you're giving your belongings a second life, keeping them out of landfill, and helping raise vital funds for our services. 

Every bag of donations helps us provide opportunities, build confidence and support people to live more indepedently. Donations can be dropped directly at our Thorne shop during opening hours, and every single item will be turned into real change for someone who needs it.

Local businesses, schools and community groups can make a big difference by collecting donations on our behalf. Whether it is a clothes swap, an office clear out or a simple collection point, these activities all help keep good quality items out of landfill and raise vital funds for our services.

Volunteer With Us

Our Thorne shop couldn't run without the amazing support of local volunteers. Volunteering is a great way to meet people, gain confidence and learn new skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you'd like to help on the shop floor, sort through donations, create displays, or chat with customers, we'd love to hear from you. 

We also, use our shop as a place to offer work placements and training opportunities for the people we support, giving individuals the chance to build skills, gain experience and take steps towards employment in the real workplace seting. 

We welcome voluteers of all ages and abilities, and we'll provide al the training and support you need. Even a few hours a week can make a huge difference, both to the people we suppoort and to our shop in the heart of Thorne.
