Autism Plus Knaresborough (formerly known as Easi Works) is a social enterprise offering training and work placements for young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Training and Work Placements

In 2024, we brought our North Yorkshire social enterprises together in one location, allowing us to offer more cohesive and comprehensive support. From placements in our Chocolate Studio to personalised guidance from our internal Employment Support team, we now provide an integrated approach to help young adults build essential work skills, gain real-world experience, and develop the confidence they need to achieve their personal goals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way.

We offer a variety of engaging activities, such as training and work placements, arts and crafts, music, media, and horticulture, all supported by our experienced team. These activities are designed to build confidence, creativity, and social skills.

Opportunities in our chocolate studio

We partner with the on-site chocolate studio at Wingspan Chocolate, offering supported work placements where individuals can gain hands-on experience in chocolate manufacturing, packaging, and labelling products for sale.

Admin and external placements

For those interested in administration or external business roles, we offer placements that help develop confidence, skills and prepare for future career opportunities.
