Supporting Routine, Choice and Community Connections

One of the people we support moved into their home earlier this year and has been working closely with their support team to build new routines, develop positive relationships, and settle into their new environment. This week, they were unable to take part in one of their usual activities, swimming. However, with the support of staff, an alternative trip was arranged to ensure they could still get out into the community and enjoy a positive experience.
