At Autism Plus, your voice matters. Every year, we carry out surveys to hear directly from the people we support, their families, and our staff. These surveys help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

We know that everyone communicates differently, so we offer our surveys in a variety of formats, including Easy Read versions, to make sure they are accessible to as many people as possible.

Our Mission

Autism affects an estimated 700,000 children and adults in the UK. The lasting impact of the pandemic has meant people are waiting even longer to access vital support, there are many who are still waiting for assessments, diagnosis, and the right support.

Often, families come to us in crisis, desperate for help. We refuse to accept this as the norm and we are committed to providing support and interventions at earlier stages to create positive, long term impacts and enable individuals with autism to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

One of the significant issues facing individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism, is the low employment rate. Our mission is to promote positive change by shifting attitudes, raising awareness, and improving understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace.

By advocating for inclusion and highlighting the unique strengths and contributions of individuals with disabilities, we aim to create a more supportive and welcoming environment that encourages and enables their full participation in the workforce.

For many individuals, securing and maintaining employment can be a crucial step towards achieving this goal. That's why we offer a range of employment support services designed to help people start, and stay in work.
