In Work Support
We offer support in the workplace for employers and employees to increase understanding around neurodiverse conditions and overcome barriers.
Support focuses on:
- Improving awareness of autism in the workplace
- Advice and guidance on how to support employees
- Mentor support to individuals
- Ongoing support, guidance and advice to employers
We also offer training sessions for employers and staff teams to awareness.
How is it funded?
Support is fully funded via Access to Work, a government service.
We can support with the whole application process.
We offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss your and your employee needs prior to applying for funding.

Where is it available?
In-Work Support can be delivered remotely. We are able to offer face to face support in for employers in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.
We also offer Workplace Assessments for employers across the UK.

The assessor was knowledgeable, understanding of the circumstances from a business perspective and really tried having a full overview of the situation.
