At Autism Plus, we are committed to making sure our services work well for the people who use them. One of the most important ways we do this is by listening to feedback from individuals, families, carers and professionals who visit and access our services.

We are gathering feedback across all of our services to help us understand what is working well and where we can continue to develop. Whether your experience has been recent or ongoing, your views help us build a clearer picture of what matters most to the people we support.

Feedback plays a vital role in shaping how we deliver our support. It helps us to reflect on what we do, recognise good practice and make informed decisions about how services can evolve. Most importantly, it ensures that the voices of the people we support remain at the heart of everything we do.

We aim to make sharing feedback as simple and accessible as possible. You can choose to provide feedback anonymously, and all responses are treated with care and respect. Where appropriate, we use feedback to make meaningful changes and improve experiences across our services.
