Warm Welcome to Our New Supported Living Bungalows in Hull

We’re so proud to share that the first people have moved into our newly refurbished supported living bungalows in Hull and already, we’re seeing some wonderful outcomes.

One individual who moved in last month has settled in brilliantly with the support of his dedicated staff team, they’ve taken time to learn his routines, build positive relationships, and support him to continue the activities he enjoys. His grandparents recently shared that this is the happiest they’ve seen him in a long time, which is a true reflection of the care and commitment shown by the team.

Another individual recently came home after spending time in hospital. She moved in on pancake day, and as she wished staff made homemade pancakes to mark the occasion. It’s been a thoughtful and person centred transition, and we’re so pleased to see her settled and supported in a place that feels like home.

These stories are just two examples of the incredible work happening across our services. We’re lucky to have such a strong, passionate team who give it their all, every day to support the people we work alongside.
