Staying Safe - Our Message

The last few months have been an extremely challenging time for us all and we are so grateful for everyone’s hard work and continued support to keep the people in our services, and our staff safe and well. Because of the measures we adopted, all of our services remain free of infection, this is down to our amazing teams, we thank them all for their commitment in helping us to maintain this.

The most important thing we can continue to do is to stay alert, control the virus, and, in doing so, save lives.

The Care Provider Alliance has produced this visitors’ protocol that includes a set of principles and top tips to help people using care and support to have the opportunity to safely receive visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic, while minimising the risk of its introduction to, or spread within, the care setting.
