We are proud to recognise Amy for her outstanding professionalism and commitment to person-centred support.

While supporting an individual in our Supported Living service in Thorne, Amy was faced with a challenging situation in the community. Throughout, she remained calm, reassuring, and focused on the individual’s wellbeing, helping them to feel safe and supported.

Her actions were observed by a colleague, who took the time to highlight her compassionate and thoughtful approach. Amy’s ability to respond with empathy and professionalism reflects the values we strive to uphold across Autism Plus.
