Specialist Employment Services Settle into new Project Location in Wakefield
17 March 2023Our Specialist Employment Services are now fully operational on our new Local Supported Employment Project in Wakefield. Our Head of Specialist Employment spent time the other day setting up our new base at Agbrigg & Belle Vue Community Centre, then signed up our first 4 participants with autism who are starting their journey towards employment for the first time.
We are delighted to be working with Wakefield Council on this project, supporting individuals who have fallen through the gaps of services and supporting them towards achieving their dreams of paid employment. We are loving our new base, and lets not forget the bonus of the wonderful community cafe based on site which is providing employment opportunities to adults with learning disabilities.
