Exciting Changes Ahead!

13 September 2024

At Autism Plus, we are always striving to enhance the support and opportunities we provide to the people we support. As part of this commitment, we are thrilled to announce the relocation of our social enterprises, Autism Plus Knaresborough (formerly Easi Works) and Park House Barns to a brand new, larger facility in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

This move is more than just a change of address; it represents a significant step forward in our mission. The new Knaresborough location offers us the space and resources to expand our services, welcoming more trainees and increasing our production capacity. We are excited about the new opportunities this will bring for everyone involved.

In Knaresborough, we are bringing together Park House Barns, Easi Works, and our Employment Services under one roof. This integration allows us to create a seamless and supportive environment where individuals can access a broad range of services, all designed to help them develop skills, gain confidence, and achieve their goals.

We expect to be fully operational in Knaresborough by the end of September, and we are eagerly preparing to welcome our trainees, staff, and supporters to this new space. The move strengthens our ability to make a positive impact in the community and provides even more tailored support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and neurodivergent conditions.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We are excited about the future and the continued growth of our services in Knaresborough. We look forward to sharing this new chapter with you!

"We attended a Coronation afternoon with our son, what an amazing afternoon we had! I would like to pass on our thanks to the staff concerned for organising the occasion. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Once again THANK YOU to everyone involved in making the afternoon a success, even the weather was good!"
