Employment is for Everyone

On Wednesday 27th September 2023, Employment is for Everyone along with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council held an exciting free event from the New York Stadium aimed at employers looking to expand their employment opportunities to people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

Suzanne Eusman, our Head of Specialist Employment Services was invited to talk at the event sharing her knowledge on neurodiversity
"I was delighted to be able to speak at the recent event, sharing our knowledge and experience of supporting autistic adults in the workplace. The event had a really positive and uplifiting feel to it, with passionate, engaging employers in the room who were keen to learn. Several approached me at the end to see how they could link into the workplace support we offer, making instant connections from the event to improve opportunities in the workplace for adults with autism.
