At Autism Plus, we believe that the most meaningful support is created with people, not for them. Everyone’s voice matters, and by working together we can build support that truly reflects the needs, goals and aspirations of the individuals we work alongside.

We’re excited to share a new short video on YouTube from Chanel, our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Partner, who talks about how we’re using co-production to shape the way we think, plan and deliver our services. 

Co-production means listening without assumptions, learning from real experiences and making decisions together. It’s about recognising people as equal partners and valuing their knowledge, preferences and perspectives.
