Celebrating 30 Years of Dedication and Service!

Join us in celebrating a remarkable milestone! This month, we thanked Sharon, who has been an integral part of the Autism Plus family for an incredible 30 years. Sharon's journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring, and her dedication and hard work have made a lasting impact.

Sharon began her journey with Autism Plus as a cook at Thorne House. She then transitioned into a hygiene technician role, ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone. Her passion for helping others led her to her current position as a support worker within our day services in Thorne. Throughout these roles, Sharon has consistently demonstrated her commitment to improving the lives of the individuals we support.

Reflecting on her 30-year journey, Sharon said, "It's been like a second home to me over the years. The sense of community and the relationships I've built here are invaluable. I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a difference and be a part of something special."

To commemorate this achievement, a special presentation was made by Debbie Allsworth, our Head of Operations. Debbie expressed gratitude on behalf of everyone at Autism Plus, highlighting Sharon's exceptional service and dedication.
