Frank

Frank lives independently in his own home, receiving support from the supported living team for a few hours each day. When we met Frank in 2018, he was experiencing feelings of isolation, living apart from his family and friends. Expressing a wish to relocate closer to his family, Frank sought support from the Autism Plus supported living team. This developed into finding a flat in his hometown. Expressing his hope for increased independence, a consistent support team, and a sense of security in his new home, Frank's goals have been actively supported.

The team works with Frank daily, supporting him in decision-making and encouraging independence. Their support helps Frank to be a part of the local community. Frank enjoys activities such as shopping, visiting friends, and doing the things he enjoys.
