A message from our Group Chief Executive
Philip Bartey joined Autism Plus in 2005 as Group Chief Executive and has led the charity through a significant period of growth and diversification during the last decade
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and look through our current vacancies. We are a growing organisation and looking for passionate people to join our mission in supporting more people with disabilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives. We are privileged to have supported so many people on their journeys to more independence over the last 30 years and could not do this without the support and dedication of our staff teams.
As Group Chief Executive of Autism Plus I am committed to supporting and empowering our teams to provide the very best service for each and every person we support. I am privileged to work with so many passionate people who are dedicated to providing good quality care.
Research has established that over 70% of people with autism and learning disabilities want to work and feel they are contributing to society, and yet only 16% of people with autism are in meaningful employment, which is why we ensure we have a variety of paid and voluntary roles throughout our organisation, including our social enterprises. If you have an interest in any of our roles be sure to get in touch and take the first steps toward a long and fulfilling career.
