As the Group Chief Executive of Autism Plus, I feel privileged to reflect on the incredible journey we've had over the past 37 years, supporting so many individuals on their paths to greater independence. None of this would be possible without the unwavering dedication and support of our exceptional staff teams.

My commitment as the leader of Autism Plus is to empower and support our teams in delivering the very best service for each person under our care. It fills me with pride to work alongside passionate individuals devoted to providing high-quality care and support.

Research has established that more than 70% of individuals with autism and learning disabilities aspire to work and contribute to society. However, a mere 22% find meaningful employment. This stark disparity fuels our determination to offer a range of paid and voluntary roles across our organisation, including within our social enterprises.
