Partnership Work With Moorlands

Graham, Phil, and the team from Health Stars Café and Ings Plus have been providing emergency support to the community centre at Moorlands Goole. The team have been helping to provide meals for the local community.

Jacky from Moorlands said, “We are so proud to be working alongside Phil and the team from Autism Plus. They rose to the challenge of coming to a strange environment and had to hit the ground running to produce freshly cooked meals for over sixty customers within tight timescales. I must say how impressed we were in them rising to this challenge, the food they produce is delicious and they have become valued members of our team. Thank you for your time, commitment and the care you have shown in ensuring those who are vulnerable and isolated get a decent, hearty meal, sometimes, the only pleasure they have to look forward to.”
