Live On Air!
20 August 2019At the beginning of August, BBC Radio York celebrated the launch of a new website, ‘Taste of the North York Moors’ by inviting the producers featured on the website to join them live on air!
Park House Barns were delighted to take part, and our Chocolatier Kala, Head of Enterprises for North Yorkshire Simon, and Trainee Charlie attended. They told listeners all about Park House Barns including the training and placement services they offer, and about the great products they have available! Radio host Anna Wallace tried some of our chocolate produce live on air, and thought they tasted great, and were ‘a work of art’!

“It was extremely helpful having Autism Plus workplace assessment to help us in working with an individual diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, giving us a better insight of the syndrome so we could offer more appropriate support. The assessor was knowledgeable, understanding of the circumstances from a business perspective and really tried having a full overview of the situation. The report came back to us within the promised time frame and full of recommendations on how to best accommodate the individual needs, which was really thorough and supportive.”
