We receive great pleasure and satisfaction in supporting people to live independent lives and have great pride and passion in delivering our work

We conduct annual surveys to gain feedback on how we're doing. During the last survey 97% of people and their support network indicated they were happy with the service. Our staff are encouraged to interact at all levels and share information and ideas, working together as a team is essential to ensure we are providing the best possible service and support.

We encourage all feedback to help us learn and improve, our Complaints, Suggestions and Compliments policy outlines our commitment to dealing with complaints and suggestions and provides information about how we manage, respond to and learn from complaints made about our services.


Autism Plus is committed to safeguarding the people we support and we have policies, procedures and training to keep people safe. We actively encourage anyone who isnt happy with our services to let us know, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible.

We will always take action to follow up a concern about a person’s safety and well-being. In all cases, complaints and concerns are taken seriously in a sensitive and confidential manner. Autism Plus will acknowledge all written and emailed complaints within three working days.
